In a significant crackdown on organized crime, Singapore’s police force arrested 11 men, aged between 19 and 61, suspected of being affiliated with unlawful societies. This operation, which took place over two days on November 29 and 30, involved extensive checks across the island, targeting various public entertainment venues and nightlife establishments.

The operation was spearheaded by the Secret Societies Branch of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), which is dedicated to suppressing gang-related activities in Singapore.
