12 POLICE REPORTS FILED AFTER POURING WATER INTO NEIGHBOUR’S HOME

Lee Soh Geok is facing harassment after she repeatedly pours soapy water from into the neighbours home claiming that she was cleaning her neighbour Helen Lim Hai Loon’s roof.

Lee is facing 3 charges under the Protection from Harassment Act. In a span of 1.5 years between 29 Jan 2019 and 22 May 2020, the police received 12 reports of harassment.

The incident happened at Citylife condominium in Tampines, Lee who stays on the 2nd floor repeatedly pours water down to the roof extension of Lim’s unit who is staying at level 1.

Lee would even bounce her basketball for up to 45mins to disturbed the neighbour downstairs. This has happened on several occasions.

Lim managed to took several videos of Lee in the act, at one time it was even in the middle of the night(“yeah right…. cleaning…”)

The case has been adjourned to September, if Lee is found guilty of abusive behaviour she can be fined up to SGD$5,000
