14 bus and train staff have been infected with the Corona Virus since the beginning of the outbreak. MOH have stated that their investigations revealed that there was no evidence to suggest that the Corona Virus was spread to the commuters.

The Ministry of Health also went on to state that the risk of contracting the Corona Virus from taking the public transport is low.
But the MOH has urged all passengers to continue to wear their mask and to keep it on at all times when they leave their home.
