A 17-year-old boy who broke the law when he was 16-years-old pleaded guilty in court for having sex with an underage girl and asking another to perform an indecency act on him.
Due to a gagged order, the names of the three teenagers involved cannot be named.
First Victim
The boy first met the victim in school as they were in the same CCA. The incident happened last year March 2018, the two of them meet up at a multi-storey carpark and started making out on the staircase landing.
In June 2018, they meet up at the same place again, but this time the boy removed his underwear, he took the victim’s hand and placed it on his privates.
The victim did not do anything for him and he left feeling unhappy telling that the victim had wasted his time.
The victim lodged a Police report somewhere in March 2019.
Second Victim
A 13-year-old girl who was interested in the boy started to “date” him. The boy sent the 13-year-old a photo of his privates and asked for the girl to provide a naked photo and she complied.
The boy then brought the girl to a staircase and told the girl to perform an indecent act. The girl performed the indecency act on him and they had sex.
The next day, the girl told another student about her encounter and soon a teacher found out about it.
Police Report Was Made
The teenage will be expecting his sentencing on the 19 December 2019.
