16 YEAR OLD ARRESTED FOR HIS INVOLVEMENT IN LOANSHARK HARASSMENT

According to the Police, a 16-year-old teenager has been arrested following a loanshark harassment incident at Rivervale Crescent.

According to a media release by the Singapore Police force, the Police were alerted of the loanshark harassment incident on the 24 November 2019.

The report indicated that the door and gate of a residential unit along Rivervale Crescent was vandalized. The door was splashed with red paint and loanshark-related graffiti were found scrawled on the wall outside the unit.

The officers from Ang Mo Kio Police Division was able to identify the suspect’s identity through investigations and Police CCTV footage. The teenager was arrested on the 10 of December 2019.

Investigations are ongoing.
