A 16-year-old boy pleaded guilty to 10 charges under the Films Act and another 48 will be taken into consideration for sentencing.

The boy, who cannot be named because he is underaged, admitted to taking 58 video clips of boys in the nude and also while they were changing inside the men’s toilet at Sengkang Sports Complex.
The offences came to light after one of the victim’s father spotted the teen filming his son in the men’s changing area on 19 October 2019.
The father confronted the teen who then hid in one of the cubicles because he was scared, the sports complex staff then called the police, who found 2 mobile phones which were used to record obscene video clips of the victims.
The boy is due to be sentenced on 27 April.
