Netizens uploaded the video and stated that the incident happened at Clementi and said:
“Happened at Clementi. Heard a loud thump. RIP.”
The police could be seen in a video covering up the body on top of a sheltered walkway.
According to 8world, the incident took place at  HDB Flat 441B, Clementi Avenue 3.
