Prosecution’s Stand

Deputy Public Prosecutor Tay Jia En deemed the accused unsuitable for probation, although specific reasons for this stance were not disclosed in court.

Post-Sentencing Measures

Following the verdict, Deputy Principal District Judge Kessler Soh organized a meeting between the accused and a court counselor, emphasizing the rehabilitative aspect of the sentence.
