According to reports, a molestation case involving an 18-year-old teenager and a customer occurred at a Popular bookstore.
The incident happened on 29 November 2019, the 18-year-old was queueing at the cashier in the Popular Bookstore located at The Clementi Mall. The 22-year-old victim who was standing in front of the accused felt something at her rear but she ignores it. A few moments later she felt it again.
She turned around and saw the accused with his “banana” hanging out.
A police report was made and the accused who was 17-years-old then admitted to his actions, he was on probation when the incident happened and it was not the first time he had committed such a crime of similar nature.
The Dristrict Judge called for a probation suitability report before passing him a sentence.
The teen will be back in court next month for his sentencing.
