According to the police report lodged by her father, the teenager, identified as Lierna, had left their residence at Taman Owed along Jalan Bypass on the evening of 1 September. Despite multiple attempts to reach her by phone, she did not respond, prompting the family to fear for her safety.

Her father shared that the girl had not been seen since 7pm on the day she left. The family mentioned that she often visited the “7 Putri” temple along the same bypass road, but even there she was not found. Out of concern for her wellbeing, the family proceeded to lodge an official missing person report at the Port Dickson police station.

Family Appeals for Public Assistance

The girl’s parents are urging anyone who may have seen her in recent days to come forward. They highlighted that she may have travelled outside of Port Dickson, with possible sightings believed to be in Penang, Kuala Lumpur, or nearby areas.

A contact number has been provided for members of the public who may have information about her whereabouts: 018-219-6960. The family stressed that even the smallest detail could help bring their daughter home safely.

Some urged the young girl to at least call home to assure her parents, while others speculated about the reasons behind her disappearance.

Growing Concerns Over Safety of Missing Teenagers

Cases of missing youths have been increasingly highlighted across the region, raising concerns about their vulnerability to exploitation, peer influence, or even criminal activities.

Authorities have urged parents to remain vigilant and maintain open communication with their children, particularly teenagers. Meanwhile, the public is encouraged to assist in search efforts by sharing verified information and reporting possible sightings to the police.

For now, the Port Dickson family waits anxiously, hoping for their daughter’s safe return.
