ordered Edelle’s bday cake from Enjoué for her 5th birthday. Mermaid and vanilla strawberry flavoured. A 6 inch cake which cost me $185 and tons of disappointments. What they posted was what we expected. And what we received was one with broken tail and the wrong flavoured cake.
Expected delivery time was 12pm to 6pm. Received a call from them at around 5, told me that they got the flavour wrong, red velvet instead of vanilla strawberry.
They compensated us with 12 cupcakes which I accepted. Cake arrived slightly later at around 6+pm. It came with a broken tail. Delivery man told us he dint know abt it, he’s only responsible for delivering.
Called Enjouē up, sent them the picture. They told me, it’s probably the delivery man’s mistake. Bakers have gone home and there’s nothing else they could do other than advising us to use toothpicks to put the tail back to place. WHICH APPRANTLY COULDNT WORK! It bends sideways time after time.
Texted them again, they apologised for their neligence and would compensate me the next order. WHY WOULD I WNA ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN?!
Replied them, saying it’s unacceptable and whats not.
FROM THEN, TILL DATE, NO MORE REPLIES FROM THEM. IT’S GNNA BE THE FIRST AND LAST TIME. i believe that they are many other responsible bakers who can bake as well as this.
