According to a video posted by Singapore roads accident FB page, 2 cars have overturned in the middle of the road after an accident along Pasir Ris Dr 8.

From the video, the 2 vehicles were seen overturned in the middle of the road and it is believed that they have crashed into a taxi and a lorry in front of them. SCDF were spotted on the scene for the rescue.
The incident is believed to have happened earlier today.
