
According to the Ministry of Health, there are 34 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases across Singapore as of 05 Sep 2020. This brings the total number of cases in the country to 56,982. Out of the 34 cases, 3 are community cases which consist of 1 Singaporean and 2 work pass holders.
There are 2 imported cases reported and they had been placed on Stay Home Notice (SHN) since their arrival in Singapore.

Discharged Patients
As of 05 Sep 2020, 93 more COVID-19 patients had been discharged from the hospital or community isolation facilities. In total there are 56,267 fully recovered from the infection and had been discharged.
There are currently 50 confirmed cases still in the hospital with most of them in stable condition. None is in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and 638 are isolated and care for at community facilities.
2 New Locations Reported
Another 2 locations have been added to the list of public places visited by COVID-19 patients.
- The Seletar Mall on 26 Aug 2020 between 2 pm to 3 pm
- Waterway Point on 25 Aug 2020 between 12.30 pm to 2 pm
Those identified as close contacts had been notified by the Ministry of Health.
