A video was recently uploaded on the Facebook page Singapore Eye which shows 2 men assaulting an old man in a wheel chair in broad daylight.

The attack was caught on CCTC as the old man was attacked and had his bag stolen by the 2 men. The man then rained punches on the old man but he still resisted.
