A video was uploaded on the Facebook group Beh Chia Lor which shows 2 PMD’s, one with a pillion riding on a busy Yio Chu Kang Road.

The incident happened on Saturday, 1 August. The PMD riders were not wearing any safety helmets as well.
It was believed that they were riding up from Yio Chu kang Road onto the SLE expressway towards Upper Thompson Road. It is currently illegal to ride PMDs on the expressway. We hope the LTA will investigate into this issue.
