
Muhammad Anddy Faizul Mohd Eskah, 20, pleased guilty on Friday (June 12) to nine charges of statutory rape, aggravated rape and sexual assault by penetration. Another 59 charges were taken into consideration during his sentencing.
In a time-span of two years, Anddy forced 19 underage girls into submitting to his sexual demands. And one even became pregnant.
Anddy was arrested in May 2016 after sexually abusing nine victims but was released on bail. He then continued terrorizing more girls. He even took videos and photographs of his victims to blackmail them into have more sex with him. His second arrest was in 2017, when the policed ambushed him at his Bedok North home. He has since been in remand ever since.
His lawyer requested for him to undergo reformative training but Justice Chan Seng Onn denied his request.
“This is one of the most shocking and horrific criminal cases involving sexual offenders that have come before the courts. The accused, though relatively youthful, is a deviant sexual offender who committed a total of 68 offences… (The) victims suffered grievously at his hands,” the judge said.
Anddy was diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder with an “imminent and serious risk of sexual reoffended.” His ex girlfriend even stated that he would use a series of deception and scare tactics to force his female friends to have sex with him.
He would then secretly film them and threaten to expose the videos if they did not comply into having sex with him. He would also steal money from his victims after raping them.
He was jailed for 22 years and given the maximum 24 strokes of the cane.
