According to a media release, 20 youngsters aged between 14 to 18 years old were investigated under the Temporary COVID-19 act for breaching the measures of phase 2 re-opening.

The incident happened on the 28 Jun 2020 at a football court located near Block 666A Jurong West Street 65
Apparently, the majority of these youngsters were spotted not wearing a mask and they are seen not observing safe distancing measures as well.
The police were alerted at 6.53 PM by a worried resident after seeing the scene. According to the law, a large gathering with more than 5 people is not allowed anyone caught failing to comply with these measures will be fined.
Investigations are ongoing.
