A video was recently uploaded on the Instagram page sgfollowsall which shows a student getting questioned by the police after he was caught redhanded trying to film upskirt video of a girl. When a member of the public saw what he was doing, he immediately called the police.

As i was walking to opposite ikea bus stop, came across one woman wearing shorts and a man was behind him. I find it really suspicious as he hold his phone near to his lower pants and the phone was tilting upwards.
so i decided to walk faster abit more and saw him zooming in , taking photo of the girl infront of him. so i confronted him and he denied it, and i said ” you sure you want to deny? you have the audicity of taking photo of girls but dont have the balls to admit? do you want me to report to the police?”. He said no sorry please dont, i will delete it and never do it again.
i asked him for his phone to check if he did delete it or not, and i found out in his recently deleted photos there are other more girls and some obscene videos too. he immediately took his phone back and thats when i decided to call the police. so i pulled his bag and pinned him down as i questioned him, he doesnt want to talk about it. So i asked him how old is he? he told me he is 16 years old. It’s very suspicious as he doesnt look like a 16 years old boy, so i asked for his ic he said dont have, then i asked for his ezlink, he said dont have too. Then i asked “why the tell u standing at the bus stop for?” so he showed me his ezlink and ic and this fella 🤡 is 21 years old name P*h Lo*gS**ng, studying in ite east. as the police are upon arriving, he kneeled down and said sorry to me, i told him to say sorry to the police. after the police arrived and getting statement from me, they went back to detained the fella and bring him to a vacation to bedok division.
