21 Y.O NSF DIAGNOSED WITH COVID-19 VISITED BEDOK CAMP AFTER DEVELOPING SYMPTOMS

According to the Ministry of Health, a 21-year-old Full-Time National Service Man (NSF) who was diagnosed with COVID-19 had visited Bedok Camp after he developed symptoms of the virus.

The man last visited the camp on the 28 Aug 2020, all close contact was requested to take the swab test. They were all tested negative for COVID-19 and for safety reasons the affected areas have been disinfected immediately.

The 21-year-old man was identified as one of the members of a family cluster linking to a 13-year-old boy classified as case 56627. The Minister of Defence has since reminded all personnel to strictly abide by the COVID-19 rules.
