A 21-year-old full-time police national serviceman was found dead alone inside a toilet at the Special Operations Command (SOC) on 30 August.

He was found with a gunshot wound to the head at around 11am and his service revolver was beside him.
Paramedics arrived at the scene at about 11.20am and pronounced him dead.
The police said:
“”The Police extend our deepest condolences to the family of the late serviceman and are assisting the family in their time of grief.”

The CID are currently investigating the case and the police have also classified it as unnatural death, no foul play was suspected.
