22 YEAR CHARGED AFTER LEAVING QUARANTINE HALF AN HOUR EARLY

According to a media release, 22-year-old Tay Chun Hsien was charged in court yesterday after he breaching his quarantine period half an hour early.

Tay who resides in Choa Chu Kang left his home at around 11.30 AM to 12 PM on the 22nd March 2020.

He received orders to stay at home between the 19 March to 22 March, to prevent the chances of spreading COVID-19 as he is a suspected case.

However, he had breakfast at a shopping mall in his community.

Tay said that he did not want a lawyer, and pleaded guilty in court.
