235 COVID-19 CASES REPORTED TODAY, 110 OF THEM UNLINKED

Ministry of Heath (MOH), has reported 235 cases of locally transmitted cases in Singapore today (Sep 6).

91 cases are linked and are already in quarantine, 34 of these 91 were detected through surveillance.

110 cases are unlinked currently.

Six seniors above the age of 70 are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated and risks getting more serious illnesses.

There are also six imported cases who were placed in isolation or stay home notice on arrival and four of them were discovered upon arrival while two of them got infected while in isolation or stay home notice.

There are a total of 241 cases today.

MOH will update on the situation later at night.
