A 24 year old woman was arrested after she went on a shopping spree using a credit card that was lost by a man.

The victim discover that someone has been using his missing card after man unauthorized transactions were discovered by himself.
The woman was arrested by the Commercial Affairs Department after her identity was established. By then she had already spent close to $1,300 on shoes, beauty products and clothing.
She will be charged on November 11 for cheating.
