25 Y.O MAN THROW BICYCLE DOWN FROM HDB BLOCK, TO BE CHARGED

The Singapore Police said in a news release on 30 October that a 25-year-old man is due to be charged in court on 1 November after allegedly throwing a bicycle down a HDB building at Choa Chu Kang Crescent.

The police were alerted to the incident on 23 January at about 7.30pm.

Police officers from Jurong Police Division followed up on the investigations and established his identity and arrested him.

Their investigations showed that the man had allegedly thrown the bike down from the corridor of his unit.

He is due to be charged with a rash act under the Penal Code.

The police added:

“The police have zero tolerance against acts that endanger the lives or safety of others and will not hesitate to take action against those who blatantly disregard the law.”
