A 26-year-old Taiwanese man, Zhang Qi was sentenced to 4 weeks in jail after committing an indecent act in public.
The Taiwanese man exposed his lower body to a 12-year-old after getting aroused.
The man first saw a woman who dress sexily which made him aroused and started “beating his aeroplane” at a void deck.
He later approached a 12-year-old under the pretence of asking for directions while exposing his “bird”.
The 12-year-old girl screams in terror after seeing it.

According to Shin Min Daily News, The investigation revealed that at 8:52 pm on January 5 2022, the defendant was on his way to buy dinner and saw several girls in sexy clothing, which aroused his sexual desire.
He went to a corner of the bottom floor of the HDB to PCC, but during the process, he saw a 12-year-old girl passing by, with her pants still undrawn, he covered his lower body with an umbrella and went forward, pretending to ask the other party for directions.　　
After she finished speaking, the defendant suddenly removed the umbrella and started looking at her lower body and asked the other party, “Do you like it?” The girl was so frightened that she immediately scream and ran off.
The victim eventually told her mother and they went to a nearby Police station to make a report.
The man was eventually arrested after the Police reviewed CCTV footages.
