On 24 Nov 2020, the police were alerted to a case of a family dispute that occurred at Block 165A Teck Whye Crescent.

It was reported that the husband was later arrested by the police for his suspected involvement for intimidation. The couple was said to be very quiet and they are also very polite to their neighbours.
It is unsure what triggered the incident and caused the couple to have a big fight leading to the woman being kicked out of the house by her husband.

The Singapore Civil Defense Force (SCDF), were also activated and safety air cushion was set up under the HDB block. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
