According to a media release, a 28-year-old man was arrested for his suspected involvement in housebreaking.

The police were alerted on the 04 Sep 2020 at 12.30 am to a case of housebreaking that happened at a HDB unit located at Pasir Ris Street 21. After investigations, the police identified the identity of the man and arrested him on the same day.
Luckily for the victim, nothing was stolen from them. Investigations are ongoing.
According to the law, anyone convicted for housebreaking could face a jail term up to 3 years, fine or both.
