A video from a cam car footage was recently uploaded on Facebook showing three PMDs moving together inside the KPE tunnel.
Each of them had a pillion rider behind them
The three riders also had a pillion rider each sitting behind them on their respective PMDs and all of them were not wearing helmet.
Their irresponsible act not only endangers their life and the safety of the road, but also breaks the traffic laws in Singapore.
PMD laws in Singapore
Under the Active Mobility Act (AMA) in Singapore, PMDs can only be used on shared paths.
