A 30 year old Singaporean man was arrested for assaulting safe distancing officers. at Compass One mall in Seng Kang.

The police stated that they received a call on Friday (June 12) regarding an altercation at Compass One mall between a man and two safe distancing officers.
The safe distancing officers were advising a group of food delivery riders to observe safe distancing measures when a man, came out of nowhere and pushed one of the ambassadors. The man then proceeded to assault another ambassador who tried to intervene.
The police stated that the man is being investigated for voluntarily causing hurt, breaching of safe distancing measures and using criminal force on a public servant.
Investigations are ongoing.
