A woman was found at the foot of a HDB flat at Bedok North while holding her baby. She was found motionless and both she and her baby were declared dead at the scene.

The incident happened on Thursday (29 Oct) and it was reported that both mother and baby were pronounce dead at the scene. The incident was believed to have happened at Block 81 Bedok North Road at 530pm on 29 Oct.
