An American citizen Peter Thomas Juliano 36-years-old got himself into trouble after using his phone to take upskirt images/videos at 313@Somerset (Orchard).

The incident happened on the 17 of March 2017 in the morning. According to reports, the woman in the incident was en route to meet her boyfriend. She took the escalator with Juliano closely behind her.
She turned around and realised a phone under her. She grabbed Juliano and her boyfriend that was nearby aided her. Even though Juliano attempted to escape he was apprehended by the boyfriend and the security staff in the mall.
He was jailed for two weeks ONLY!
