Low Yan Long, 36-years-old, was fined $3,200 on 16 November for urinating inside a woman’s shoe as well as not wearing his mask properly.
He pleaded guilty to committing mischief by urinating in a woman’s shoe and not wearing his mask properly.
He was previously fined $5,000 for pleasuring himself while sniffing a women’s shoe at Toa Payoh and Ang Mo Kio.
Low had a fetish for women’s shoes and would imagine beautiful women wearing the shoes while smelling them before he stimulated himself and urinated inside them.
He had asked the judge issue a gag order to protect his identity, not wanting his name to be published by the media.
The judge told him that there was no basis to do so as the court proceedings were open to the public.
What happened?
On 3 August 2021, Low felt an urge to urinate at around 6.40pm.
He had just finished his job as a funeral services provider (he worked as a freelance undertaker) and was about to leave.
He then went up to the 10th floor of the victim’s HDB block and walked down to the 9th floor.
Low pulled his face mask down to his chin and spotted a shoe rack outside the victim’s home.
He picked up a pink shoe from the rack after unzipping his pants and started sniffing it before urinating inside the shoe.
He then placed the shoe back on the rack and left the scene, as a motion sensor detector on the victim’s front door detected his presence.
The victim and her husband then saw Low on their CCTV footage and went to check on the shoe, where they then found wet patches and white spots on it.
