According to a media release, a 39-year-old man was arrested on the 14 Jun 2020 for his suspected involvement of committing an obscene act in the public.

The incident happened on the 10 Jun 2020 at Upper Boon Keng Road. The accuse was spotted masturbating at a void deck in the area.
The police were alerted and the man was identified and arrested with the help of the police CCTV. The accuse is also investigated for breaching the safe distancing measures as well.
He will be charged in court on the 16 Jun 2020.
According to the law, if convicted the accuse will face a jail term up to 3 months or fine or both.
