A 42-year-old man was found dead today (19th Feb) at the void deck of an HDB flat at New Upper Changi Road.
The police received the report at 7:52 this morning. When they arrived, they found a 42-year-old man lying at the void deck of Block 209 New Upper Changi Road.
Medical personnel arrived and declared the man dead at the scene.
