According to a police media release, a 43-year-old man was arrested for his suspected involvement in stealing underwears.

The police were alerted on 17 Dec 2020 to a case of theft of underwear that happened outside a HDB unit located at Commonwealth Drive. After investigations, the police identify the man’s identity with the help of the police CCTV.
The man was later arrested on the 18 Dec 2020. Police investigations revealed that the man was involved in other similar cases in the same estate.
The man was charged in court earlier today (19 Dec 2020), if convicted, he could be jailed for up to three years and fine for his offences.
