According to a media release, a 43-year-old woman was arrested her suspected involvement in drink driving.

The incident happened yesterday night (03 Jul 2020) about 11 PM at the cross junction of Upper Thomson Road and Old Upper Thomson Road. A black BMW was spotted ramping onto the sidewalk before colliding into a lamp post.
The impact of the accident has caused the airbag of the driver seat to activate and no one else was injured from the accident aside from the driver. The woman was later sent to the hospital for further treatment.
According to the police, the female driver was arrested for drink driving and investigations are ongoing.
