The incident occurred when the 10-year-old daughter of a woman living in the block behind the coffee shop visited the coffee shop along with her sibling for breakfast at approximately 9am on Monday (5 June).

At that time, their mother was reportedly engaged in work nearby at Block 810, although her occupation remains undisclosed. The exact details of the encounter have not been disclosed in the report.

However, the mother claimed that the cleaner, who is employed at the coffee shop, initially invited her 10-year-old daughter to his residence. Subsequently, when the young girl declined, he allegedly touched her chest.
