69 cases is the lowest amount of cases reported in the past 10 days. South Korea officials are hoping that it is a sign that the outbreak is slowing down.
South Korea is also facing a serious shortage of facemask supplies and the government will be starting a rationing system that limits the amount of mask each person can purchase in a week.
Over 100 countries has placed travel restrictions on travellers that been to or arrived from South Korea.
