According to a media release, a 70-year-old elderly man was found dead under Block 104 Blk 104 Spottiswoode Park Rd. The incident happened yesterday (11 Aug), the elderly man was found lying on the ground motionless by a passerby.

The police were alerted about the incident at 6.27 pm. The elderly man was pronounced dead by a paramedic who arrived on the scene.
