According to a media release, an 81-year-old man was accused of running an unlicensed establishment during the circuit breaker period. It was also reported that the women working for him allegedly provides special services to their customers.

The establishment is located at Tai Kang Yang Seng TCM Therapy at Block 201 Hougang Street 21. He was supposed to ensure that his work did not perform such act but he allegedly failed to do so.
According to the law, anyone convicted of running an unlicensed massage establishment could be jailed up to two years and fined up to $10,000.
