It’s in the blood…… I do understand her. I used to have an abusive boss in the past as well, where he likes to call for meeting especially after seeing us pack up and ready to knock off from work.
And his motto is, as long as he is in office, why is everyone else leaving.
Otherwise nasty words will come out. Also, he set up a whatsapp group chat and his active timing is to bomb everyone or those he likes to bully, loke from 9 pm onwards. Again , his rules are, if he is not asleep, no one else should…
Another one is he likes to call after midnight, and if u don’t pick up the phone, he will just keep on repeat and repeat dialling until the next morning. He likes ppl to fetch him to site meetings, but do not allow us to claim petrol for offical work use.
And yes, after leaving the company, felt so much relieved from it. Last heard, his habits still continue to date
