Japan, Tokyo – According to Reuters, a 24-year-old man was arrested after he injured several people on the train on Halloween.

A 60-year-old man was stabbed and the suspect pour flammable fluid in the train before setting it on fire.
A video was uploaded on social media, with commuters screaming and running for their lives.
The Japanese media reported that the Police has arrested the man on the spot.
