“Video taken after the van managed to chase down the BMW.
The BMW SMW700M bang into the rear of the van in front of Hill Street Central Fire Station. BMW driver did not want to stop but continued to drive towards Bugis. Van chased and signalled him to stop at the Stamford Road junction.

Later on the BMW driver drove all the way to Tan Quee Lan Street to park there.
This accident happened along Hill Street on 9/11/21 at 0230 hours.”
