19 y.o Ralph Wee Yi Kai, known for entering a Rhino enclosure to do a backflip and subsequently ‘could not wake up’ for his court session even was given fresh charges today (12 Nov).
The four new charges that he received are for committing mischief as he had cut of a GPS ankle tag, possessed an e-cigarette pod on two occasions as well as possessed an e-vaporiser.
Another four charges are still pending, and they are for failing to report to the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) for a urine test.
A prosecutor told the court that CNB is currently unable to serve the charges against him but will be ready to do so in the coming week.
Wee appeared in court via video link from the place where he was remanded.
He was caught on Nov 6, a day after he was issued a warrant of arrest.
