Chief of the Singapore Democratic Party (SDP) Dr Chee Soon Juan, recently shared on his Facebook page his encounter with Mrs Lee Suet Fern, wife of Mr Lee Hsien Yang who is the second son of Singapore’s first Prime Minister, Mr Lee Kuan Yew.
Came for lunch
Dr Chee shares that Mrs Lee had came to his restaurant, Orange and Teal, for lunch one day and left a gift along with a note for him.
He then indicates that the present which Mrs Lee left for him is lovely and thoughtful, seemingly because the colour of the motifs on the napkins is in the same theme as the design of his restaurant.
Here is a closer look at the present and note which Mrs Lee had left for Dr Chee.

Thanked her for gift
Dr Chee then thanked Mrs Lee for her gift in the later part of his Facebook post, said that it was a pleasure hosting her and that he looked forward to the next time when she visits Orange and Teal again.
Took opportunity to share Xmas specials
Dr Chee ended off his Facebook post by promoting his store’s Xmas specials.
He said that those looking to spend an enchanting evening at Orange and Teal can check out their Christmas Dinner specials offered such as Prime Rib Roast and Traditional Turkey, before leaving a link for those who wants to know more about it or make reservations.
