The incident was captured on the dashcam of a passing car.
The car was driving down the ECP when he drove past the two women, who were seen standing on the kerb at the side of the expressway.
One of the women was seen posing for the camera while the other took photos of her.
The incident happened on the ECP’s exit ramp towards Marine Parade.
