The incident happened on 28 December at about 6.10pm, at the junction of Jurong East Avenue 1 and Jurong East Street 31.

The traffic light was red at the time in favour of the pedestrians, and the bus was seen beating the red light.

A father was seen crossing the road at the time with his young daughter in hand and almost got run over by the bus.

Thankfully the father was alert enough and stopped just in the nick of time to avoid becoming a tragedy, as the bus sped past them.
