A woman was seen jaywalking across a pedestrian crossing while the traffic light was green in favour of the vehicles.

The camcar honked at her, to which she stopped in her tracks to stare at the driver and gesture towards the car before continuing to jaywalk slowly.
The incident happened at a pedestrian crossing along Marine Parade Central.
Potential penalties
Persons caught jaywalking can be fined $50 on the spot. They can also be charged and fined up to $1,000, or jailed up to three months.
Repeat offenders may be fined up to $2,000 or jailed up to six months.
