A video emerged online showing an ebike rider on the road, appearing to be waiting on the road at a traffic light.
He was then seen illegally vaping with a vaporiser in his hand.
The incident was captured on the dashcam of a car in front of the bike rider at the time, although the poster of the video didn’t mention where or when the incident happened.
The netizen who posted the video on Facebook, Zhi Fu Bao, captioned his post:
“Abang say challenge accepted. $2000 fine you need to deliver how many trips bang? Don’t metal teeth lah, e-cigarettes bad for health and wallet.”
