A video emerged online showing a van driver being filmed playing with Pokemon Go on his phone while driving.

He was seen coming to a stop beside a yellow taxi at a red light, before he held his phone up with the Pokemon Go game still on.

He then aimed his phone at the camera to make it look like he was filming the taxi driver, before driving away.

According to the OP, the van driver is purportedly the same person seen in a previous viral video throwing water at a cyclist’s face last month.

Potential penalties

Under Singapore’s traffic laws, it is an offence to use a mobile device while driving a motor vehicle.
